Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design and national security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Capture training needs and advise on learning solutions.
• Prepare training material to drive goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Develop engaging, interactive learning experiences on-screen or in a classroom.
• Recommend multimedia technologies and blended learning strategies.
• Meet with SMEs to discuss materials and incorporate feedback.
• Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula for educational goals.
