Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Analytic Facilitator to develop training that transforms intelligence analysis. The role focuses on building engaging courses, aligning with customer needs, and delivering effective tradecraft, often using contemporary instructional tools.

A strong candidate will combine curriculum development experience with a passion for national security and the ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years experience in training course development, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
• Experience building and executing curriculum in Blackboard and video formats.
• Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission.
• Prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences on-screen or in a classroom.
• Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.
• Meet with SMEs to discuss learning material, review policy publications, and assess incorporation into training products.
• Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula and maintain materiel within the educational system such as Agile and TDC.
