Job summary

Riverside Research in Reston, VA seeks a full-time Intelligence Standards and Integration Manager to support the National MASINT Office. You will coordinate conferences, draft technical documents, and lead working groups to advance MASINT standards and integration across DoD and IC partners.

The role requires active TS clearance with SCI adjudication and CI Polygraph, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 12 years in intelligence, and experience with MASINT sensors or space/unmanned systems.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication and CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s in a related field as listed.
• Intelligence professional with a minimum of 12 years’ experience covering the intelligence cycle.
• Experience with at least one MASINT sensor or system, especially space or unmanned systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to work with diverse personnel; open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate conferences, interoperability demonstrations, and events.
• Support MASINT standards development and coordination across stakeholders.
• Draft technical documents supporting meetings, standards, and integration activities.
• Cultivate relationships with government and DoD partners across IC.
• Coordinate meetings; prepare minutes, track projects, draft white papers and briefings.
