Job summary

Riverside Research seeks a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage intelligence contracts, and refine statements of work to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing SOWs, tracking awards, and aiding planning, budgeting, and government coordination with IC/DoD partners. Strong communication and travel ability required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• 5+ years’ experience supporting intelligence cycle analysis and production.
• Experience managing resources (time, people, money) for ongoing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, team player able to work with minimal daily direction.
• Ability to interact with diverse personnel; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare statements of work and submit for approval; track acquisitions from submission to award.
• Support contract administration: manage deliverables and invoicing; track obligations/expenditures.
• Assist planning, programming, and budget execution; identify guidance and resource constraints; monitor investment by mission area.
• Cultivate relationships with government and contract partners across IC and DoD.
• Coordinate meetings, draft minutes, and present recommendations to decision makers.
• Evaluate production processes; explore new mission sets; present recommendations.
