The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full time Intelligence Specialist (GG-0132-13), to perform as a Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst, working at the 352nd Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS), Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, with duties at the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS), Honolulu, Hawaii.
This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
Salary ($111,119 - $144,457) based on experience.
Relocation expenses may be paid.
This position may authorize up to 20% telework based on supervisor approval.
MUST HAVE: Comprehensive Knowledge of the NSA/CSS Hawaii target Area of Responsibility (AOR) is Required.
Qualifications/Requirements
In this position you will serve as multi-source intelligence analyst within the 352 COS, specifically as a senior all source intelligence analyst engaging in US Cyber Command's United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Combat Mission Forces (CMF)/Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (Air Force) (JFHQ-C(AF)) Combat Mission Team (CMT) or Combat Support Team (CST) focused adversarial threat analysis and reporting of foreign computer exploitation capabilities directed against the United States. As an all-source intelligence analyst, the incumbent will assist in the preparation of a final intelligence product based on information obtained and processed from one or more intelligence sources in support of customer requirements. The team employs all-source intelligence to identify, analyze, and report threats in support of USCYBERCOM and NSA/CSS Hawaii Network Operations. Major duties and responsibilities are identified in response to NSA/CSS and Headquarters, United States Air Force (HQUSAF) direction and regulation and the requirements of NSA/CSS, USAF, Department of Defense (DoD), and other national agencies.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current “Top Secret” Security clearance with eligibility to gain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Incumbent may be subject to polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position and must be able to meet NSA personnel security requirements as outlined in current policy.
