You will bridge collectors and consumers, supporting full cycle intelligence operations across DoD missions, applying expertise in multiple disciplines and guiding collection and dissemination across systems. This role requires TS/SCI with SCI eligibility, 10+ years of experience or 14+ years with DoD training, and strong analytical and communication skills to brief leadership and advance mission

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or DoD intelligence training required.
  • 10+ years of related experience with degree, or 14+ years with DoD training.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more intelligence disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of the full intelligence cycle.

As an Intelligence Specialist III, you will:Serve as the bridge between Collectors and the intelligence consumer, integrating operational capabilities to respond to evolving concepts of operationsApply specialized skills in one or more intelligence disciplines, including CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, All Source, Targeting, Cyber, or Financial intelligenceSupport collection requirements development and guide intelligence collection and dissemination across multiple intelligence systemsEngage in the full intelligence cycle, from mission analysis and concept development, to plan development, execution support, and assessment of mission successDevelop strategic goals and implement strategic initiatives in support of broader mission objectivesEstablish operational plans within your assigned intelligence job areaResponsibilities:Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that significantly impact functional resultsApply deep expertise in one or more specific intelligence disciplines to support tactical, operational, and strategic-level intelligence requirementsServe as a recognized subject matter expert, coaching and mentoring intelligence personnel across the collection and analysis lifecycleCommunicate directly with executive leadership on intelligence findings, operational plans, and strategic initiativesSignificantly improve on existing intelligence processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSupport mission analysis, concept development, and plan development activities for complex intelligence operationsAssist with the assessment of mission success and provide recommendations for future collection strategiesInterface with cross-functional intelligence teams, collectors, and consumers to ensure alignment with operational objectivesSupport the integration of intelligence systems and technologies that guide collection and dissemination activitiesProvide guidance and expertise across the full intelligence cycle, from planning through execution and assessmentQualifications:Required:Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (required)Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DoD Intelligence Training10+ years of related experience with a degree, or 14+ years of related experience with Military/DoD Intelligence TrainingDemonstrated expertise in one or more intelligence disciplines (CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, All Source, Targeting, Cyber, or Financial intelligence)Strong understanding of the full intelligence cycle, including collection, processing, analysis, and disseminationExperience developing strategic goals and implementing strategic initiatives within an intelligence mission areaDemonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between intelligence collectors and consumersStrong analytical skills with the ability to support mission analysis, concept development, and plan developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to significantly improve existing processes and practices for efficiency and effectivenessExperience supporting the assessment of intelligence mission success and operational outcomesDesired:Formal Military/DoD Intelligence Training or certification in a specialized intelligence disciplineExperience with Multi-INT data fusion and intelligence integrationFamiliarity with intelligence systems supporting collection requirements managementKnowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, or All-Source intelligence analysis tools and platformsExperience with targeting methodologies and processesUnderstanding of cyber intelligence collection and analysis techniquesFamiliarity with C5ISR systems and Army intelligence architecturesExperience supporting joint or coalition intelligence operationsKnowledge of intelligence dissemination systems and reporting standardsPrevious experience supporting government intelligence program officesExperience mentoring or training junior intelligence personnelFamiliarity with emerging intelligence technologies, including AI/ML-enabled analysis tools-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
