Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
- Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
- Must complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD CE/CV program), and be adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance, maintaining the security level for the contract's duration.
- Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Higher Education Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field required.
Experience Required
- Minimum of three years' experience in Marine Corps intelligence infrastructure, architecture, and systems requirements for ISR platforms, All-Source Analysis, HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, and GEOINT.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- C4ISR expertise supporting Intelligence Operations.
- Ten years' military experience.
Job Objective
The Intelligence Project Engineer will support MARCENT and subordinate commands, providing professional services to aid in decision-making and staff actions related to intelligence support within the USCENTCOM AOR.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, development, coordination, and distribution of all intelligence systems within MARCENT and subordinate units.
- Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance, recommend solutions, and assist in planning and coordination of intelligence systems development and training.
- Represent MARCENT at various C4ISR conferences and technology seminars.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and coordinate demonstrations and evaluations.
- Prepare documentation such as briefings, position papers, and support strategic planning processes.
- Coordinate with various internal and external personnel and agencies.
- Support long-term planning for MARCENT's intelligence capabilities development.
- Work independently and creatively within policy and schedule constraints.
Work Location and Travel
- Based at MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.
- Support travel across multiple countries in the CENTCOM AOR, including OCONUS deployments with less than 24-hour notice.
