Job summary

Riverside Research seeks a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role will drive studies, manage intelligence contracts, and guide evaluation of proposals and budgets within a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate should have 5+ years in intelligence, strong knowledge of the intelligence cycle, and experience coordinating with DoD/IC partners. Occasional travel and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication required.
• Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields.
• Intelligence professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle.
• Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish tasks on enduring projects.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare statements of work and track from submission through award.
• Support contract management including deliverables and invoicing; track obligations and expenditures.
• Assist with planning and budget execution; identify guidance and monitor investment by mission area.
• Cultivate relationships with government and contract partners across IC and DoD.
• Coordinate meetings and working groups; draft minutes and present recommendations.
• Evaluate production processes and conduct studies or analyses; present recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
