Job summary

Credence is seeking an Intelligence Planner to provide on-site planning and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) support to the U.S. Space Force S4S S2 Directorate at Vandenberg SFB, California.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and ACCM/SAP eligibility. You will integrate intelligence requirements into campaign and exercise planning, coordinate with multiple directorates, and support OPTs with mission partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience in intelligence planning and JIPOE for joint/DoD missions required.
• Experience developing PIRs, EEIs, and collection requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intelligence planning and JIPOE in support of campaign, deliberate, crisis-action, and exercise planning.
• Synchronize JIPOE and develop enemy courses of action with task forces and directorates; lead development of PIRs and EEIs.
• Coordinate with S4S/S5, task forces, and partners on doctrine, strategy, requirements, and exercises.
• Coordinate intelligence activities supporting planning and provide expertise to planning teams.
• Prepare Annex B and coordinate with USSPACECOM and task forces for integrated planning.

Credence has an upcoming need for an Intelligence Planner to provide on-site planning and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment support to the U.S. Space Force S4S S2 Directorate at Vandenberg SFB, California. The planner will integrate intelligence requirements into campaign, deliberate, crisis-action, and exercise planning; support OPTs; and coordinate with S4S directorates, subordinate task forces, USSPACECOM, and mission partners. An active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, as well as ACCM/SAP eligibility, is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intelligence planning and JIPOE in support of campaign, deliberate, crisis-action, and exercise planning.


• Synchronize JIPOE and develop enemy courses of action with subordinate task forces and S4S directorates, and lead development of priority intelligence requirements and essential elements of information.


• Collaborate with S4S/S5, subordinate task forces, and Allies and Coalition partners on space intelligence doctrine, strategy, policy, requirements, and joint exercise planning.


• Coordinate intelligence activities supporting S4S/S35 and S5 planning and provide intelligence planning expertise to designated operational planning teams.


• Support development of Annex B to operation plans, identify intelligence requirements for plan execution, and coordinate integrated intelligence planning with USSPACECOM and subordinate task forces.


• Coordinate collection, exploitation, and analysis requirements through the USSPACECOM Integrated Planning Element.


• Collect, write, and submit collection requirements to USSPACECOM S2 to synchronize intelligence operations across subordinate task forces.


• Prepare and review internal and external documents and manage assigned TMT taskings on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, coordinating with action officers on requirements and due dates.

• U.S. citizenship is required.


• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and eligibility for ACCM and SAP are required before starting.


• Must have substantial intelligence-planning and JIPOE experience supporting joint, combatant-command, Service, or operational headquarters missions.


• Must have demonstrated experience developing PIRs, EEIs, enemy courses of action, Annex B inputs, collection requirements, and operational planning products.


• Must have experience supporting OPTs and coordinating with operations, plans, subordinate units, intelligence organizations, and mission partners.


• Must have strong written communication, analytical, briefing, coordination, and task-management skills, including the ability to work independently in a classified environment.


• Must have a bachelor's degree or greater. No specific certification is required.
