BTS Software Solutions in Tampa, FL seeks an Intelligence Planner (ISR) to provide expertise in ISR operations policy, guidance, and collection planning across multiple INT disciplines. Candidates should have extensive ISR experience and a current TS/SCI clearance with poly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or Bachelor's plus 5 years senior experience as substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide ISR expertise in support of ISR operations policy, guidance, and TTPs.
• Apply advanced ISR planning concepts to multi-INT collection strategies.
• Develop recommendations for intelligence planning, policies, and programs.
• Manage policy updates; incorporate lessons learned and AARs.
• Support policies and plans to employ ISR assets across USCENTCOM AOR.
• Coordinate with external organizations as required.
• Develop collection strategies leveraging single and multi-INT disciplines.
• Review and adjust collection strategies based on reporting and needs.
• Provide collection strategy development through synthesis and analysis of data.
• Ensure ISR planning programs are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Collection Managers, Strategists, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Update ISR IPL, CONOPs, and QRR/QDR documents.

Job description

BTS is seeking an Intelligence Planner (ISR) for a position in Tampa, Florida.

Minimum Requirements

• Active In-Scope TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

What you will do:

• Provide ISR expertise in support of the development of policy, guidance, and TTPs for the execution of ISR operations, joint ISR force employment, and collection management.
• Apply advanced intelligence planning concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods, and techniques when developing multi-INT collection strategies.
• Apply theories and new ISR during development and make recommendations for intelligence planning, policies, and programs.
• Manage policy updates; incorporate lessons learned and after-action reports (AARs) in evolving guidance.
• Support the development of policies, collection strategies, and plans to employ ISR assets across the range of conventional and special operations in the USCENTCOM AOR, including, but not limited to, development of ISR collection strategies, postures, plans, synch matrixes, EXORDs, CONOPs, and PED requirements documents.
• Provide support to, and coordination with, external organizations as required.
• Support the development of collection strategies that leverage the strengths of single and multi-INT disciplines to fulfill intelligence requests, planning efforts, and address gaps in existing strategies.
• Review and adjust developed collection strategies based on reporting, collector accesses, and requestors' revised information needs.
• Provide collection strategy development expertise through process of synthesis, analysis, and interrelating of meaningful data.
• Ensure ISR planning operations and programs are streamlined, efficient, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with and support the needs of Collection Managers, Collection Strategist, Functional Managers, and subject matter experts on collaborative projects such as the development of ISR collection postures, collection plans, ISR planning factors documents, general ISR assessments, and the Collection Requirement Management Matrix (CRMX).
• Update documents and products such as the ISR IPL, ISR CONOPs, and QRR/QDR.
