Intelligence Planner - Intel Plans Integration - TS/SCI SAP - Fort Meade, MD

We are currently seeking candidates for upcoming opportunities at Fort Meade, near Columbia, MD.
In this position, the candidate will:
- Employ intelligence expertise to support the integration of Defense and National intelligence capabilities, including collection, analysis, and targeting activities, into operational planning across the DoD. This includes development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning following the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Planners will also assist with red teaming and feasibility assessments of intelligence operations.
- Support Cyberspace Intelligence planning activities, recommending efficient resource use throughout planning efforts.
- Review and report on Strategic Guidance relevant to cyberspace intelligence operations.
- Coordinate the production of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans.
- Assess intelligence planning and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Ensure intelligence activities are synchronized with battle rhythms and cyberspace operations planning.
- Assist government personnel in the Joint Planning Group (JPG) and/or Operational Planning Team (OPT) for intelligence support, providing feedback to the matrix team.
- Develop and manage an intelligence task list, identifying support products and responsible divisions.
- Coordinate deadlines and scope for intelligence requests and services.
- Coordinate requirements for JIPOE and other planning products.
- Coordinate the production of Functional Support Plans (when required).
- Provide policy and strategy support to the Intelligence Directorates' professionals.
- Participate in Intelligence Planning Steering Groups (IPSG) to define scope and support level.
- Integrate CCMDs, service components, IC, and NSA into planning to ensure expertise and synchronization.
- Support technical operations planning, including intelligence estimates, PIRs, CoG analysis, MLCOA/MDCOA, and other intelligence requirements for JPG/OPT.
- Coordinate targeting support for plan development, understanding the portion of the Combat Targeting / Fires process, and synchronize efforts for Entities of Interest (EOIs) into Target Development Nominations (TDN).
- Collaborate with intelligence and defense professionals to develop a shared understanding of command status and address shortfalls.
- Develop methodologies to track progress against strategic initiatives and policy implementation.
- Draft and respond to policy and strategy inquiries promptly and proficiently.
- Utilize intelligence tools and databases such as Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote.
