Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Planner for Partnership Development at Fort Meade to build and sustain a network with foreign, interagency, academic, and industry partners. The role emphasizes researching new partners, managing portfolios, and coordinating information sharing with USCYBERCOM J2 leadership.

Travel ~25%, passport required, TS/SCI with Poly is required. The position supports intelligence collaborations across government and industry, aligning with national security objectives

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Minimum experience: depends on education as listed (see qualifications).
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, concise analytic reports and policy documents.
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources using structured analytic techniques.
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities across disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approx. 25% CONUS and OCONUS; passport required.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, manage, and integrate intelligence partnerships between USCYBERCOM and foreign, interagency, academic, and industry entities.
• Provide full-range coordination with command partners to inform Intelligence Directorate leadership.
• Manage portfolios of foreign and domestic partners across a range of governmental requirements and engagement priorities.
• Utilize interagency processes to enable and expand information sharing agreements.
• Identify releasable intelligence, coordinate its release, and deconflict with other agencies to maximize the free flow of intelligence between partners.
• Attend intelligence exchanges, providing oversight and representation for the command.
• Integrate CCMDs, service components, IC agencies, and NSA into engagements as appropriate.
• Develop methodologies for tracking progress against strategic initiatives and policy implementation.
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions for Command-wide programs and initiatives.
• Travel approximately 25% CONUS and OCONUS; passport required.
