Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir implementations for federal customers. You will train analysts, embed with user groups, and help develop Palantir use cases while resolving technical issues alongside Palantir engineers.

You will work with colleagues across the enterprise, travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, and contribute to mission-focused projects in defense and national security. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Palantir platform experience (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.) required.
  • Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience highly preferred.
  • Experience briefing high-level stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • Able to fuse intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  • Train analysts/operators in classroom settings.
  • Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
  • Proactively develop relationships with users at the client site and surface use case gaps.
  • Build initial Palantir dashboard products and assist users in building questions.
  • Stay up-to-date on Palantir features and capabilities.
  • Staff the Help Desk and collaborate with Palantir engineers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineers about product issues.
  • Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team.

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide desk-side training to analysts
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting

  • Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
  • Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
  • Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
What We Value
  • Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.). Recent and in-depth hands‑on experience with Palantir platforms highly preferred.
  • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred
  • Experience briefing high‑level military stakeholders is highly preferred
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
