Job summary

Celestar is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (Mid-Level) to support Fort Meade, MD, providing intelligence and administrative support across multiple disciplines. This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI with CI Poly when possible and a strong background in managing information flow and coordination for complex programs.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 12 years of related experience, plus at least 8 years of experience in this labor category,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field. OR an additional four years of related experience for a total of twelve years if no degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category, with some experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists in various intelligence disciplines and activities.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with RFI, task actions, and reports.
• Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security for guest access, building read-ahead books for official functions, and supporting cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination.
