Peraton is seeking a developing intelligence professional to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will provide intelligence and administrative support across international engagements, coordinating data exchanges and partner activities.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and multi-source analysis, along with strong written and verbal communication to draft briefings, manage portfolios, and sustain long-term information sharing with allied partners.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • Years of experience: 9 without a degree, 7 with AS/AA, 5 with BS/BA, 3 with MS/MA, or 0 with PhD.
  • Knowledge of intelligence management concepts and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
  • Ability to produce timely, logical analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats.
  • Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.
  • Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; experience drafting and responding to partner inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of intelligence and administrative support to International Affairs Officers.
  • Build and maintain databases; monitor intelligence; assist with RFIs.
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and allied systems.
  • Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support operations.
  • Support portfolio management and partner engagement activities.
  • Coordinate intelligence exchanges; enable persistent partnership engagement.
  • Develop processes for long-term sharing agreements and related documentation.
  • Draft Operating Instructions for programs and initiatives.

USCYBERCOM's intelligence mission depends on a network of domestic and international partners whose engagement, coordination, and information sharing must be carefully managed and continuously strengthened. Peraton is seeking amid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS)to provideOperations Mission Team SupporttoUSCYBERCOM J2at Fort Meade, MD, playing a hands-on role in enabling the command's strategic international intelligence partnerships.

In this role, you'll work directly alongside International Affairs Officers and senior IMS colleagues, supporting partner portfolio management, coordinating intelligence and information exchanges, and executing the full range of intelligence and administrative functions that keep partnership engagement persistent and effective. You'll handle cross-domain data transfers acrossJWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and Allied/Partner systems, contribute to briefings and metrics products, and help develop the processes and documentation that sustain long-term sharing relationships.

This is a role for a developing intelligence professional who brings solid organizational skills, a working knowledge of intelligence management and partnership coordination, and the initiative to take ownership of complex, multi-partner workflows in a fast-paced command environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to International Affairs Officers across a variety of intelligence disciplines and partner engagement activities
  • Build and maintain databases; monitor intelligence; assist with administration and management of RFIs
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, including system-high to -low transfers betweenJWICS,SIPRNet,NIPRNet, and U.S. Allied/Partner systems
  • Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions
  • Provide operations mission team research and analytical support to the Directorate of Intelligence
  • Identify and develop mission enhancement opportunities; produce status reports outlining updates and progress of accomplishments
  • Support task management through completion and assist with strategic engagements and partner visits hosted by the command
  • Support management of portfolios for various governmental and non-governmental partners; collaborate with relevant subject matter experts
  • Coordinate intelligence and information exchanges; enable persistent partnership engagement
  • Support development and implementation of processes for long-term sharing agreements
  • Help capture and synthesize a common picture of the command's current state of partnership engagement and contribute to approaches addressing identified shortfalls
  • Support establishment of effective communication procedures to facilitate command-level engagements, conferences, working groups, and planning teams
  • Draft and respond to tasks related to partner engagement inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to process improvement recommendations in support of the directorate's mission
  • Produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned
