Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist to support USCYBERCOM J2Q at Fort Meade, MD, ensuring intelligence activities comply with oversight policies and cross-domain data standards.

You will manage SIGINT Production Chain documentation, support intelligence oversight reporting, coordinate partnerships, and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the intelligence enterprise running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; substitutions not allowed.
• Strong ability to produce timely, concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats.
• Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, oversight requirements, and IC/DoD classification guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-range intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across intelligence disciplines.
• Review, track, and store signed documentation including training records for USCYBERCOM Production Chain members.
• Provide intelligence support for mission management, controlled accesses, intelligence production, and information sharing.
• Develop and maintain file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
• Schedule and manage meetings and events for Intelligence Oversight activities.
• Track requirements to support production of the USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight Quarterly Report.
• Draft and review Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies to monitor Command Partnerships using the MERCURY ISLAND tool.
• Administer cross-domain data transfer activities and ensure proper logging and compliance.
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions for Command-wide programs and initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Provide full-range intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across intelligence disciplines
• Review, track, and store signed documentation including training records for USCYBERCOM Production Chain members
• Provide intelligence support on behalf of J2Q across mission management, controlled accesses, intelligence production, and information sharing
• Develop and maintain file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries
• Schedule and manage VTCs, conference rooms, and invitations for Intelligence Oversight meetings
• Track all CMD IO&P Team requirements and assignments to support production of theUSCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight Quarterly Report
• Support drafting and review of USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies to track and monitor Command Partnerships using theMERCURY ISLANDtool
• Administer cross-domain data transfer activities (Low-to-High, High-to-Low, Secret) and ensure proper logging and compliance
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

Qualifications

What You Bring

Required:

• ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8+ years with BS.BA or 6+ years with MS/MA or 3 years with Phd
• Bachelor's degreein a related field(required; no substitutions)
• Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, oversight requirements, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
• Proficiency withExcel, SharePoint, and file management systems
• Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with theMERCURY ISLANDtool for formal coordination with external agencies
• Background in intelligence oversight, SIGINT Production Chain management, or compliance programs
• Familiarity with USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures
• Experience withJWICS, SIPRNet, andNIPRNetcross-domain transfer systems
• Knowledge of DoD intelligence oversight frameworks and reporting requirements (EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01)

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
