Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS) at Fort Meade to support USCYBERCOM J2. The role combines Foreign Materiel expertise with intelligence management to advance the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for Cyber (DIE-C).

You will enable acquisition, exploitation, and program support, develop data schemas, and visualize data to guide analytic strategies across strategic, operational, and tactical levels. Travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Strong ability to produce timely, logical analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats.
• Experience evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources using structured analytic techniques.
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-range intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across disciplines.
• Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting information.
• Assist with RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings management.
• Prepare correspondence and documents needed to support program management.
• Support development of analytic strategies to resolve key DIE requirements and synchronize efforts.
• Work with ambiguous information; deconstruct key questions, suggest methodologies, develop data schemas, and support data visualization.
• Contribute to development of the intelligence support framework for DIE-C to promote J2 synchronization at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Plan and coordinate long-term growth strategy for the DIE-C and deconflict processes across levels.
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Create read-ahead materials, coordinate security access, and build read-ahead books for meetings.
• Document operating instructions for command-wide programs and initiatives.

• Work with ambiguous information; deconstruct key questions, suggest methodologies, develop data schemas to structure observations, and support visualization of applicable data
• Provide support in development of the intelligence support framework forDIE-C, including activities to shape and promote J2 synchronization and integration at the strategic, operational, and tactical level
• Plan, guide, coordinate, and support execution of the long‑term growth strategy for the DIE-C
• Identify, coordinate, and deconflict processes to support the maturation of the DIE-C at the strategic, operational, and tactical level
• Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
• Create read‑ahead documents, coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and build read‑ahead books and materials for official functions and meetings
