Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a MASINT SME in McLean, Virginia to provide expert MASINT and collection management guidance for the IC. The role focuses on developing collection postures, emphasis messages, and coordinating high-level briefings for senior policymakers and Congress.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI with poly, deep MASINT experience, and knowledge of IC components and collection processes, with a BA or MS and substantial prior relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in MASINT and understanding of policies and collection processes.
• Experience in tasking MASINT assets at national and tactical levels.
• Familiarity with IC components, missions, and interrelationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert MASINT and collection management advice for MASINT.
• Produce collection postures and support collection caucuses with products and recommendations.
• Assist in producing collection emphasis messages and other collection products.
• Support decision makers on collection management issues and coordinate written products and briefings for senior IC members and policymakers.
• Build and maintain relationships with IC counterparts.
