Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Intelligence to drive analytics and intelligence across marketing performance, social listening, audience understanding, and competitive landscape projects. You will turn diverse data into meaningful insights that shape client communications and business decisions for healthcare brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, social listening, or healthcare marketing.
• Understanding of omnichannel measurement and how marketing and technology ecosystems interact.
• Strong experience in cross-channel reporting and KPI benchmarks.
• Familiarity with diverse data sources such as web analytics, social listening, CRM, and enterprise data systems.
• Experience using analytics tools like GA, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day analytics and intelligence workstreams across client accounts.
• Develop integrated analyses combining social, media performance, web behavior, and audience data.
• Aggregate, clean, organize, and interpret data across platforms.
• Create data pulls and queries to support listening and landscape analyses.
• Develop reporting deliverables with insights and recommendations.
• Synthesize research into clear strategic narratives for clients.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly listening and performance reports.
• Contribute to KPI framework development and measurement planning.
• Support influencer, stakeholder, or competitive assessments as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect insights across functions.
• Present findings to internal and external audiences.
• Mentor junior resources in analytics and client storytelling.
• Participate in initiatives across the Integrated Intelligence team.
