Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join the Operations Support Team (OST) at Ft. Meade and Annapolis Junction, MD. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults for deployed SIGINT sensors and coordinate with FSRs for repairs, including on-site support when needed.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance and involves a 24/7 help desk, shift work, and occasional travel to customer facilities for up to two weeks per occurrence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s in related field; 3 years with master’s; or 9 years with HS diploma or equivalent
• TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance

Responsibilities

• Monitor outages in multiple chatrooms
• Coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot issues
• Maintain outage/troubleshooting database
• Identify software or hardware flaws to engineers
• Liaise with SIGINT operations and field service personnel for troubleshooting
• Provide real-time fleet health status of SIGINT equipment
• Maintain DoD and government fleet logs
• Review data for collection concept development
• Create data products using SIGINT/MASINT/IMINT/HUMINT sources
• Train team members on SIGINT fundamentals
