Position: Intelligence Analyst III / Program Manager

Clearance: Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance w /SCIis required and current within the last five years

Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)

Travel:Minimal

Anticipated Start Date: September 30, 2025

Position Summary

The Intelligence Analyst III will serve as both a senior analyst and Program Manager, responsible for delivering operational intelligence services and overseeing contract execution. This dual-role position combines leadership and hands-on intelligence analysis, ensuring high-quality support to forensic exploitation and intelligence production efforts for the client and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Intelligence Analysts in support of the FBI Laboratory Division.
  • Provide operational and tactical intelligence analysis aligned with mission requirements.
  • Manage contract performance, deliverables, and communication with government stakeholders.
  • Oversee data exploitation and the development of intelligence products.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly status and financial reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Guide strategic direction of the contract to meet evolving mission needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • At least three (3) years of experience conducting intelligence analysis within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Experience with intelligence requirements and collection processes.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and discretion.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Excellent briefing and technical writing skills
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently
  • Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems to include Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Complete a security screening interview
  • The employee must maintain clearance, eligibility throughout employment.
  • Must meet client suitability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC settings.
  • Background in hard sciences or technical disciplines.
  • Certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination.
