Job description

Overview

Amyx is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support the DAI PMO Program Support Team (PST) in providing senior administrative support to the Portfolio Manager's office.

Responsibilities

The role includes supporting the PST in performing financial and administrative tasks, such as:

  1. Collecting and organizing information for SOPs, manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, or reports.
  2. Editing functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, SOPs, special reports, or other customer deliverables and documents.
  3. Preparing and maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, methods, and other related documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  4. Maintaining a current internal documentation library and supporting the DAI Document Integration Group (DIG) and Records Management processes.
  5. Supporting special documentation services, meetings, or events as required.
  6. Providing acquisition-related support, including contributing to reporting requirements for the BCAT1 program.
  7. Writing executive summaries for meetings to support attendance and awareness.
  8. Managing calendars for the Portfolio Manager, Deputy Portfolio Manager, and the PMO support team.
  9. Facilitating meetings across platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets.
  10. Coordinating high-level customer engagement events such as stakeholder meetings or DAI week.
  11. Responding to TMT taskings and closing them out as required.
  12. Monitoring the PEO dashboard in ServiceNow to ensure accurate reporting.
  13. Communicating accurate information effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Access Level: IT-III
  • No access to classified information.
  • Must possess IT-III security clearance or a current NACI at proposal submission.

Required Program Experience:

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project Management tools
  • SharePoint, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meets, Vizio, ServiceNow
