Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Analyst to join our Operations Support Team (OST) at Ft. Meade and Annapolis Junction, MD.

The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting deployed SIGINT systems, coordinating with FSRs and mission managers, and maintaining outage records for DoD assets. You will work a 24/7 help desk set-up with rotating shifts, requiring TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance and able to travel for support activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a high school diploma.
• TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
• Ability to monitor outages and coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Experience documenting methods, results, and impacts in reports.
• Knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple chatrooms for outages.
• Coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintenance of the outage/troubleshooting database.
• Identify software or hardware related flaws to engineers.
• Serve as a liaison for failure analysis and troubleshooting coordination with SIGINT operations and field service personnel.
• Provide real-time overall fleet health status of SIGINT Mission equipment.
• Maintain Mission Status Log for DoD and other US Government entities.
• Review data in support of collection concept development.
• Maintain awareness of community activities impacting assignments.
• Independently write reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned issues.
• Perform queries and analysis using national databases.
• Perform signals analysis research.
• Produce geo-location data to support the development of various intelligence reports.
• Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically derived data from multiple sources to include SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT.
• Train other members of the team on SIGINT fundamentals.
