Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join the Operations Support Team (OST) at Ft. Meade and Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports a 24/7 Help Desk responsible for monitoring SIGINT systems and coordinating with Field Service Representatives to resolve outages and maintain system health.

Applicants must hold TS/SCI with CI Poly and may travel up to two weeks per occurrence. The team operates two 12‑hour Panama shifts with rotating schedules to cover day and night

Qualifications

2 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance

Responsibilities

Monitor multiple chatrooms for outages
Coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot issues
Maintenance of the outage/troubleshooting database
Identify software or hardware related flaws to engineers
Serve as a liaison for failure analysis and troubleshooting coordination with SIGINT operations and field service personnel
Provide real‑time overall fleet health status of SIGINT Mission equipment
Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically derived data from multiple sources to include SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT
