Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least ten (10) years demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) years with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Independently perform and guide LEVEL 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
• Identify target communications within the global network.
• Provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing access.
• Demonstrate incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.
• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
