Job summary

RedBeard Solutions seeks intelligence professionals for a Fort Bragg, NC on-site role requiring TS/SCI clearance and hands-on FMV/imagery exposure. You may lead select tasks and brief findings, supporting Special Operations targeting methodologies.

Expected duties include advanced imagery analysis, producing assessments, and mentoring junior analysts. 12-hour shifts with Panama schedule, relocation assistance, and typical contractor compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5–6 years of intelligence experience.
• 2.5+ years FMV analysis within the last 6 years (JSOC for military candidates acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced-level imagery analysis, product production, and intelligence systems evaluation.
• Apply operational and tactical intelligence experience across targeting, intel systems, and geospatial systems.
• Brief findings and help direct subordinate analysts on intel products and assessments.
• Support Special Operations targeting methodology (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze).
• Serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) after government-provided training.

Active TS/SCI Clearance Required

We're hiring intelligence professionals with some hands-on FMV or Imagery experience — this role does not require a full-time FMV background. If you've worked in IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operations, or a related intel discipline and have picked up FMV/imagery exposure along the way, you're a strong fit.

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5-6 years of overall intelligence experience (IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Ops, or related)
• 2.5+ years of hands-on FMV analysis/production within the last 6 years — or 1+ year of FMV experience within JSOC for military candidates
• Strong briefing and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or lead select tasks
• Proficient with computer applications and intelligence automation tools
• Able to type 35+ WPM without looking at the keyboard

Work Schedule

12-hour shifts, modified Panama schedule (days/nights/weekends rotation), with annual OCONUS deployments (3-month assignments) after one year on the job.
