This position provides 207 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year. This leave allocation is inclusive of all paid non-working time, including vacation, sick leave, PTO, federal holidays, and non-federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

Compensation is based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
Analysts shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) or other Special Mission Units (SMU).
Analysts supporting this contract are subject to shift work, non-standard work schedules, on-call, extended days and weekend work. CONUS positions identified as shift-work or on-call are based on 12 hours per day. OCONUS rotations are scheduled for 90-120 days in duration, though they may be longer or shorter depending on mission requirements. Rotations may be short-notice.
