Job summary

Leidos is seeking Junior to Mid Level Multi-Intelligence ISR All-Source Analysts to support the USAF ACC mission at Langley AFB. You will coordinate ISR activities with AF DCGS, collaborate with AET teams, and develop timely analyses and RFI responses for current operations.

Required Bachelor’s degree with 2–8 years of intelligence experience and TS/SCI eligibility. Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence is preferred, with exposure to Space, HUMINT, or EW domains.

We’re seeking a Junior and Mid Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analysts to join the Leidos Defense Sector for future and upcoming roles at Langley Air Force Base. Your Mission: Facilitate coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders. Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE). Assist with long- and short-term analysis, focusing on Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning, ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues. Develop responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure compliance with AF DCGS TTPs, AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 2–8 years of relevant intelligence experience (or additional experience in lieu of a degree).
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Experience in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases.
• Proficiency or familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products.
• TS/SCI access eligibility upon start date.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable directives, standards, and reporting cycles.

Pay Range

Pay Range: Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
