Solidus Technical Solutions, LLC in Aurora, CO seeks an Intelligence Analyst to join on-site operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. The role requires TS/SCI with poly and hands-on experience in intelligence operations or military leadership.

You will support system monitoring, data analysis, and real-time decision making in a secured environment. The position emphasizes operational response to alerts, documentation of events, and collaboration with customers and peers to maintain system

• Monitor near real-time status of the system and apply near real-time technical problem-solving skills.
• Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems and advise on design changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Document and maintain operational event logs and records and evaluate system performance to enhance operation and processing capabilities.
• Work in a closed environment with frequent direct interaction with customers and peers.
• Perform duties on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour shift schedule.

Job description

This position requires a Top Secret SCI w Poly Clearance. Candidates who do not hold this clearance are not eligible for hire.

Solidus is searching for an Intelligence Analyst. This position is located in Aurora, CO and candidates must be able to work on-site. This is a 12-Hr Rotating Shift.

Day In The Life

• Provide operational response to system alerts and changes in the system environment including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and data reporting
• Monitor near real-time status of the system and applying near real-time technical problem-solving skills
• Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems. Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve operational efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations
• Document and maintain operational event logs and records. Utilize technical training and/or equivalent technical experience to evaluate system performance and enhance system operation and data processing capabilities
• Work in a closed environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers
• Perform work in the near real-time decision-making environment and successfully complete required Operations Certification Process
• Perform outlined duties on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour rotating shift schedule

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis experience with military to include military leadership
• Ability to complete Operations Certification Process within required timeframe.
• Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green)
• An Active Top Secret SCI w Poly

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in an operations environment
• Knowledge of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis and dissemination processes
• Experience working in direct support of customers and with direct and frequent customer interaction
• Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60K and $96K. Customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies and certifications, clearance status, and benefit selections will influence the final salary.

Full benefits: $69,000 to $86,000 annually

Reduced benefits (no medical, dental, vision): Up to $93,000 annually
