Job summary

Job description

Eligibility

Onsite. U.S. Citizen or eligible U.S. Person. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. U.S. citizenship mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide near real‑time operational response to system alerts and changes, including reconfiguration, data analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor real‑time system status and apply technical problem‑solving skills.
• Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems.
• Advise and assist in design changes to improve operational efficiency or reduce cost.
• Maintain operational event logs and records.
• Apply technical training or equivalent experience to evaluate system performance and enhance operation and data processing capabilities.
• Work in a closed environment with frequent direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers.
• Make near‑real‑time decisions and complete required Operations Certification Process.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• 5+ years of Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis experience, ideally with military leadership.
• Knowledge or experience in satellite mission support in a near‑real‑time operations environment.
• Knowledge of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis and dissemination processes.
• Experience supporting customers with frequent direct interaction.
• Complete Operations Certification Process required by program.
• Experience monitoring satellite activities.
• Ability to distinguish colors on a computer monitor (red, blue, white, green).
