Job summary

Bow Wave LLC is seeking an Access Management Specialist for Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on validating and approving DCD intelligence accounts, monitoring M3/JWICS portals, and managing entitlement requests with strict timeframes.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, COI access, and JEMS entitlements; producing metrics and ad hoc reports; and providing help-desk support. On-site position with gov't coordination and regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Validate, create, and/or approve DCD intelligence system and application accounts or entitlement requests within 12 hours of receipt during regular working hours Mon-Fri.
• Access request queues must be zeroed by close of business Friday each week.
• Access requests fall into categories: SIPRNET/JWICS M3 account support, troubleshooting, and metrics management.
• Monitor SIPRNET and JWICS M3 account requests; portal monitored at least three times daily during DCD core hours.
• Provide support for login errors, user search, and profile support; manage M3 account metrics.
• Manage COI access for Army M3 users; monitor COI sites and approve authorized requests.
• Entitlements management in JEMS for Army Intelligence Enterprise; ensure proper organization and need-to-know validation.
• Manage NATO SECRET COI access on SIPRNET/JWICS; monitor requests at least daily.
• Maintain Army organization structure within JEMS per command structure alignment.
• Create and maintain the Access Management SOP; store in common DCD location; review every 6 months; draft SOP due in 14 days on request.
• Maintain and update Transaction Metrics log; report weekly with updated metrics.
• Produce ad hoc access management reports within 2 business days of Government request.
• Answer M3 Help Desk line and check voicemail.
• Monitor the DCD Access Mailbox across networks; respond within 2 hours during business hours.
• Update Army Intelligence Access Solutions website on JWICS; keep information current and update DCD handout monthly.
