You will lead a team of 12 professionals, manage staffing, workload, onboarding, training, performance management, and engage with practice leadership on strategy and reporting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal or professional services operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Law firm practice management experience preferred; professional services backgrounds also considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 12 professionals, including Paralegals and Technology Specialists.
• Oversee attorney staffing, workload allocation, and professional development.
• Partner with practice leadership on strategic initiatives, reporting, and operational planning.
• Drive onboarding, training, performance management, and team engagement.
• Support business development initiatives, pitches, and special projects.
