What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Design and implement new processes and improvements to enhance the efficiency of the IP management process
2. Execute projects aimed at improving the IP management process in alignment with departmental goals
3. Maintain and improve workflows across BD IP management systems to maximize efficiency and ensure data accuracy
4. Analyze and process IP-related communications, responding to inquiries and developing protocols for recurring issues
5. Provide support for record creation and minor docketing of prosecution and non-prosecution IP matters

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, or 3 years of equivalent work experience
2. Knowledge of patent and trademark lifecycle and processes
3. Experience developing legal management and docketing processes, preferably with IP matters
4. Proficiency in Microsoft programs (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, and Adobe)
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented with accurate data entry and proofreading skills
