Job summary

Shook, Hardy and Bacon is seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation in Kansas City. The role covers large document productions, discovery, witness and expert interviews, and drafting pleadings and subpoenas as part of a fast-moving practice group.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years of litigation experience, or 6+ years without a degree/certificate. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience across all phases of trial and trial preparation, including large document production, discovery, witness interviews, and drafting pleadings and subpoenas.
• Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred; travel required.
