Alpheva is seeking a senior intellectual property expert to support AI evaluation projects covering patents, trademarks, copyright, licensing, and infringement analysis. You will review model outputs for legal adequacy, authority, and jurisdictional alignment, and craft reference answers and scoring criteria grounded in IP law.

The engagement is remote, project-based, with hours and assignments matched to project demand.

Formación

• Active relevant legal qualification and substantial IP practice experience.
• Senior-level judgment in patents, trademarks, copyright, and infringement analysis.
• Experience reviewing or delivering IP-related reference answers and criteria.

Bring senior intellectual property expertise to AI evaluation projects focused on patents, trademarks, copyright, licensing, and infringement analysis.

Review model responses and worked examples for unsupported legal conclusions, jurisdictional mismatches, and missing authority. Assess whether the reasoning meets professional standards for the stated task.

Write reference answers and scoring criteria grounded in patents, trademarks, copyright, licensing, and infringement analysis. Explain consequential errors, evidence gaps, and the reasoning behind your corrections.

This is remote, project-based contract work. Scope, hours, and assignments depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Requirements

• Active relevant legal qualification and 7+ years of experience in intellectual property legal practice.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in patents, trademarks, copyright, licensing, and infringement analysis, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

Pay

$170–$220/hr
