Technology Transactions Attorney San Francisco or New York

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior to mid-level technology transactions attorney for its growing practice in New York and San Francisco. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of technology transactions experience, which includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements involving software licenses, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements.
• Experience with E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions is a plus.
• Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions [drafting transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters].
• Science or technical background [degree or experience] is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials; excellent communication skills.
