Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Program Specialist Trainee to support independence for individuals served, working with the Area Supervisor and Direct Support Professionals.

You will collaborate with a Behavioral Health Professional to develop and implement assessments, individual support plans and behavioral support, in a full-time role offering $22.00 per hour plus a competitive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certifications completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Supervisor and Direct Support Professionals to promote independence.
• Work with Behavioral Health Professional on assessments and support plans, including behavioral support.
• Develop and implement individual plans of care and related behavioral supports.
