Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Wilkes Barre, PA is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to provide leadership and support to staff and individuals served within assigned programs. This role coordinates, develops, and implements assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for the team.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience (or a master’s with one year) working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism, or a PA Behavior

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate assessments and ISP development for individuals served.
• Strong written and oral communication to staff and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities or autism.
