Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support both staff and individuals served within assigned programs. The role includes coordinating assessments, ISPs, and education for clients and the team.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or a Master’s with experience, plus PA Behavior Specialist License. A valid driver’s license and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with relevant direct experience with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• PA Behavior Specialist License is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read and apply written information.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement assessments and Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Deliver education and skill development to individuals and the support team.
