Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role provides leadership and support to staff and individuals served within assigned programs, coordinating and implementing individual assessments, IPS, and education for skill development.

Minimum Educational Requirements include a Bachelor's with two years’ direct experience with intellectual disabilities or autism, or a Master’s with one year, or Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist

• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook.

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
