Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of neighbors and the community. The Program Specialist will provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served, coordinating assessments and Individual Support Plans, and driving education and skill development for the individuals and the team.

A strong background in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism is required, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years' experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master's degree or higher and one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to read, interpret and apply written information.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs. This includes the coordination, development, and implementation of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)
