Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position assists to provide leadership and guidance to program support teams, contracted providers, and individuals to recognize and care for unique and emerging health care needs for people we serve. This position will work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and outside organizations to address the medical needs of the individuals in adherence with Keystone’s mission and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This exempt role offers a starting annual salary of $62,500.
