Keystone Human Services is seeking casual/per-diem Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Rocky Hill, Waterbury, Middlebury, Southington, and Torrington, CT. These roles support adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism, providing person-centered, home-based assistance.

You help with daily living skills, personal care, and wellness advocacy, promoting inclusion and community participation.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a private vehicle.
