Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Broad Brook, CT to provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and health advocacy in a community-focused setting.

The role offers Full Time, Part Time, and Casual/Per Diem hours with pay ranges of $20.50–$20.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support in daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and health/wellbeing advocacy for the people we support.
