Key Human Services in Bristol, CT is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team, providing individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will help create a safe, engaging home setting, teach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and advocate for residents’ health and wellness.

We offer full-time, part-time and casual/per diem schedules with competitive pay of about $20.50–$20.75 per hour and a comprehensive
