Key Human Services in East Hartford, CT is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. We provide individualized, person-directed support for adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.

You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and advocacy to promote health and wellbeing. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Casual/Per Diem schedules with competitive hourly pay of $20.75 (Full/Part Time) or $20.50 (Casual/Per Diem).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, or autism.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
