Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate in Lancaster, PA. You will work with adults to increase employment potential and independence, developing supports and identifying meaningful community participation opportunities.

Responsibilities include discovery, creating employment ideas, goal setting, teaching natural supports, and coordinating transportation. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, background checks, and CPR/First Aid training.

• Basic computer skills with ability to learn new programs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
