Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to help adults increase their potential for employment and meaningful community participation.

You will develop supports, explore options, conduct discovery, and coordinate transportation to enable independence and successful community involvement.

The position offers $21.50 per hour, casual/per diem schedule, and a benefits package with medical, 401K, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new programs and web-based systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to complete trainings within specified timeframes, including Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community Participation Associate to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Community Participation Associate works with adults to increase their potential for employment and obtain the skills necessary to become more independent and experience meaningful community participation and inclusion.

The Work:

• Develop appropriate supports for individuals based on their strengths, needs, and interests
