Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks an Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist to strengthen services for individuals with IDs in Washington County and support providers across the region.

The role focuses on reviewing, coordinating, and supporting ID programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering technical guidance. Full-time, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends, in-person at the Washington County BHDS. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in intellectual disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate Intellectual Disabilities programs to meet regulations.
• Monitor service delivery and support provider improvements.
• Provide assistance in program planning, development, implementation, and coordination.
• Attend required trainings including Certified Investigator and mandated programs.
• Help ensure program policies and regulations are fully implemented.
