Job description

Overview

LMI seeks an Intel Operations Integrator to support a Department of War mission partner by leading all-source analysis of adversary artificial intelligence, autonomous warfare, robotics, and related enabling capabilities. The integrator treats the People's Republic of China as the pacing threat and fuses intelligence community, Service, allied, and open-source reporting into predictive, operationally relevant assessments. The ideal candidate connects intelligence analysis directly to operational planning, capability development, experimentation, and targeting workflows. This position requires on-site support in the National Capital Region and an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with eligibility for additional access caveats. The position requires periodic travel to supported commands, operational units, exercises, test events, and industry locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all-source intelligence analysis focused on adversary artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, uncrewed systems, robotics, command and control, and associated operational concepts.
  • Develop predictive assessments of adversary capability maturation, fielding timelines, employment concepts, vulnerabilities, and likely operational effects.
  • Fuse intelligence community, Military Service, combatant command, allied, partner, and open-source reporting into coherent assessments for senior decision-makers.
  • Support intelligence preparation of the operational environment for high-end conflict scenarios, with emphasis on the People's Republic of China and the Indo-Pacific theater.
  • Apply data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, visualization, and structured analytic techniques to identify patterns, indicators, relationships, and emerging risks.
  • Integrate threat-informed findings into operational planning, capability requirements, experimentation design, force development, and targeting processes.
  • Produce intelligence notes, threat briefs, warning products, assessments, data visualizations, and decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate with operators, planners, engineers, acquisition professionals, testers, and intelligence analysts so assessments answer mission-relevant questions.
  • Maintain analytic standards, source traceability, classification controls, and quality assurance across intelligence products.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection or research requirements to reduce uncertainty.
  • Brief senior military and civilian leaders on complex technical and operational threats in clear, concise language.
  • Support working groups, wargames, exercises, and assessments requiring integrated intelligence and technical expertise.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, international relations, national security, data science, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, intelligence operations, technical intelligence, threat analysis, or a closely related mission area.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for additional access caveats.
  • Knowledge of the People's Republic of China, Indo-Pacific security environment, or another directly relevant pacing-threat portfolio.
  • Experience analyzing artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, uncrewed systems, advanced command and control, electronic warfare, cyber, or related emerging technologies.
